F CONSENT TO OVERRIDE DND
By using the Product and its services, you specifically provide consent to the company to send you transaction, service explicit & service implicit communications which are essential to continue the services like sending OTP for log-in, Status of Application etc., irrespective of your Do Not Disturb Registration with TRAI, DoT and/or any other Appropriate Authority. Similarly, you provide your explicit consent for sending across various communications on your registered email as well as phone number through various communication applications like WhatsApp as may be integrated with portal in future.
G PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
The Product acts solely as a technology intermediary facilitating interactions between users and healthcare professionals. The Company does not provide medical advice and shall not be liable for any diagnosis, treatment, or medical decisions made by healthcare professionals. Medical service provider shall ensure that all the services are governed by applicable Medical laws and Telemedicine Practice Guidelines in India.
H SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
As a policy, the Company does not disclose your personal data or sensitive personal data (including health-related information) except to the extent necessary and in accordance with the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
